Dan Janvey is an American film producer. He graduated from Wesleyan University in 2006 and is a co-founder of the Court 13 film collective based in New Orleans.

He produced *Beasts of the Southern Wild* (2012) with Michael Gottwald and Josh Penn, for which he received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture. His other credits include *Patti Cake$* (2017), *Wendy* (2020), *Nomadland* (2020), for which he shared an Academy Award for Best Picture, *A Love Song* (2022) and *Janet Planet* (2023).

Janvey has frequently collaborated with directors including Benh Zeitlin and Chloé Zhao.
