## Biography

Dan Karlok is a director and cinematographer. He directed the seventh-season episode "Barter" of the series *Law & Order* (1997), having previously worked in the camera and electrical department on 66 episodes of the show between 1991 and 1995.

His directing credits include the documentaries *Asleep at the Wheel: The Making of 'Ride with Bob'* (1999) and *Antone's: Home of the Blues* (2004), as well as *Joan Rivers: Exit Laughing* (2016) and *Crappy Mother's Day* (2021). He is a two-time Emmy Award winner for his work on *Ride with Bob* and received a Grammy nomination for best long-form video for the same project.
