## Biography

Daniel Bekerman is a Canadian film producer and the founder and president of Scythia Films. He is also credited as Dan Bekerman.

He produced *The Witch* (2015) and served as producer on *The Apprentice* (2024). The latter won the Canadian Screen Award for Best Motion Picture at the 13th Canadian Screen Awards in 2025. His other credits include executive producer roles on *Ready or Not* (2019), *The Prodigy* (2019) and *The Craft: Legacy* (2020), and line producer on *The Invisible Man* (2020).

Bekerman has worked on numerous independent features, often in Canadian co-productions, with recent projects including *Longing* (2024) and *Endless Cookie* (2025).
