Daniel Loflin is a writer and producer. He was born on 20 January 1973 in Landstuhl, West Germany.

He joined the writing staff of the television series *Supernatural* in its fourth season in 2008, initially as part of a writing team with Andrew Dabb. Their partnership continued through season seven, after which Loflin contributed solo episodes in season eight before leaving the show. He also worked as a producer on the series from 2011 to 2013.

Loflin co-wrote the third *Supernatural* comic series, *Supernatural: Beginning's End*. His other credits include the short film *Delusions in Modern Primitivism* (2000) and directing an episode of the series *Oz* (2003).
