Daniel Willis is an American television director and writer. A Chicago native who grew up on the city's south side, he is a graduate of DePaul University. He was a 2017 Sony Pictures Television Directing Fellow and a 2017–2018 Film Independent Project Involve Directing Fellow.

Willis has directed episodes of *Grey's Anatomy* (2019), *The Blacklist* (2019–2021), *The Rookie* (2021), *Cruel Summer* (2021), *Chicago Fire* (2022), *Chicago Med* (2022), *4400* (2022), *Queens* (2021), *Big Shot* (2022), *So Help Me Todd* (2023–2024), *The Watchful Eye* (2023) and *Matlock* (2025).
