Danielle Sanchez-Witzel is an American television writer and producer. She began her career after completing NBC’s diversity writing programme and contributed episodes to series including *George Lopez* (2002) and *My Name Is Earl* (2005).

She wrote episodes of *New Girl* (2011) and served as co-executive producer on the series. Sanchez-Witzel was showrunner on *The Carmichael Show* (2015) and co-created *Up Here* (2023) and *Survival of the Thickest* (2023). She has held overall deals with studios including 20th Television and Netflix.
