Danny Cooksey is an American actor and musician. Born on 2 November 1975 in Moore, Oklahoma, he began his career as a child performer after moving to Los Angeles with his mother.

He played Sam McKinney in the final three seasons of the sitcom *Diff'rent Strokes* (1984–1986) and appeared as Bobby Budnick in the Nickelodeon series *Salute Your Shorts* (1991–1992). His film credits include the role of Tim, a friend of John Connor, in *Terminator 2: Judgment Day* (1991).

Cooksey has worked extensively in voice acting, with roles in series such as *Tiny Toon Adventures*, *Xiaolin Showdown*, *Dave the Barbarian*, *Static Shock*, *Regular Show* and *Phineas and Ferb*, as well as the film *The Lorax* (2012).
