Danny Lux is an American composer of music for film and television. Born Daniel Scott Lux on 5 June 1969, he began his career working with composer Mike Post after graduating from high school in 1987 and remained with the team for nearly a decade before becoming independent.

Lux has contributed music to numerous television series, including *The Good Wife* (2009), *Grey's Anatomy*, *Boston Legal*, *Ally McBeal* and *NYPD Blue*. His film credits include *Halloween: Resurrection* (2002). He has received two Primetime Emmy nominations and several BMI Film & TV Awards.
