## Biography

Dante Harper is a screenwriter. He began his career as an independent filmmaker, directing *The Delicate Art of the Rifle* (1996) and working as a producer and editor on various indie projects and documentaries, including *Cat Dancers* and *You're Gonna Miss Me*.

His script *Dreamland* was selected for the Sundance Screenwriters Lab. He later wrote *The Immortalist* for Bennett Miller, an adaptation of *The Wild Geese* for Rupert Sanders, and *Black Hole* for David Fincher. His spec script *All You Need Is Kill* was listed on the 2010 Black List and became the basis for *Edge of Tomorrow* (2014).

Harper received a screenplay credit on *Alien: Covenant* (2017), alongside John Logan.
