Dave Barry (born David Louis Siegel) was an American actor and comedian. Born on 26 August 1918 in New York City, he began his career in the 1930s with radio work and voice acting in cartoons, later performing as a stand-up comedian and entertaining troops during the Second World War.

He is best known for his role as the band manager Beinstock in Billy Wilder's *Some Like It Hot* (1959). Other film appearances include *Ladies of the Chorus* (1948), *High Society* (1955), *Voice in the Mirror* (1958) and *Spinout* (1966). Barry also provided voices, often uncredited, for numerous cartoons including Looney Tunes shorts such as *Hollywood Steps Out* (1941), *Slick Hare* (1947) and *8 Ball Bunny* (1950).

His television credits include guest roles in series such as *I Dream of Jeannie* (1965), *Get Smart* (1965), *Green Acres* (1965), *The Monkees* (1966) and *Emergency!* (1972). He worked extensively as a nightclub performer in Las Vegas and died on 16 August 2001 in Beverly Hills, California.
