Daveigh Elizabeth Chase (née Chase-Schwallier) was an American actress. Born on 24 July 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada, she began her career as a child with small television roles and stage work before appearing in feature films.

She played Samantha Darko in *Donnie Darko* (2001), voiced Lilo Pelekai in *Lilo & Stitch* (2002) and its related series and films, and portrayed Samara Morgan in *The Ring* (2002). She later recurred as Rhonda Volmer in the HBO series *Big Love* (2006–2011) and reprised her *Donnie Darko* role in *S. Darko* (2009). Chase received an Annie Award for voice acting and an MTV Movie Award for Best Villain.

She died on 16 June 2026 in Los Angeles, aged 35.
