David Andrews is an American character actor. Born Stanley David Andrews on 2 November 1952 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he attended Louisiana State University before studying law at Duke University and Stanford Law School. He began his acting career in the early 1980s after a brief period practising law.

Andrews's early film role was as the Foreman in *A Nightmare on Elm Street* (1984). He appeared as Pete Conrad in *Apollo 13* (1995) and as Thomas at Remaining Men Together in *Fight Club* (1999). Later credits include Lieutenant General Robert Brewster in *Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines* (2003), a recurring role as Senator Calhoun in the series *The Boys* (2019–), and appearances in *Hannibal* (2001), *A Walk to Remember* (2002) and *World War Z* (2013). He has also worked extensively in television, including series such as *Mann & Machine* and *JAG*.
