## Biography

David Berlatsky was an American film and television editor. His credits began in the late 1960s with *Viva Max!* (1969) and included *The Last Movie* (1971), *Hickey & Boggs* (1972), *Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid* (1973), *The Deep* (1977) and *Night of the Running Man* (1995). He edited the first-season *Star Trek: The Next Generation* episode 'Haven' (1987).

Berlatsky received an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Film Editing in a Drama Series for his work on the 1978 miniseries *King*. He also directed the feature *The Farmer* (1977) and served as associate producer on *Public Enemies* (1996), which he edited.
