## Biography

David Blake Hartley is a producer, production manager and location manager. A North Carolina native, he began his career in location management on films such as *Pet Sematary* (1989) and *Cyborg* (1989), before taking production management roles on *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles* (1990) and other projects.

He collaborated extensively with producer Greg Prange on *Dawson's Creek* (1998–2003), serving as co-producer and producer, and continued the partnership on *One Tree Hill* (2003–2012) in similar capacities. Hartley has also produced episodes of *Sleepy Hollow* (2013–2017), *The Resident* (2018–2023) and *Will Trent* (2023), and worked as unit production manager on series including *Revolution* (2012–2013).
