David DeClerque is a producer and production manager whose career spans feature films and television. He began in the early 1980s with roles including second assistant director on *Sleepaway Camp* (1983) and later worked in location management on films such as *Quiz Show* (1994).

DeClerque has served as producer or line producer on several television series, including *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit* (1999–2012), *Believe* (2014), *Shades of Blue* (2016–2018) and *New Amsterdam* (2018–2022). He has also held unit production manager credits on *New Amsterdam*.
