David I'Anson is a British television editor based in London. He has worked in the industry for more than 25 years, specialising in high-end television drama.

He trained at the BBC in London, where he edited drama, entertainment, sports and children's programmes. In 2011 he left the BBC to work as a freelance editor. His credits include *Trigger Point* (2022–), *Payback* (2023), *DI Ray* (2024), *Ackley Bridge* (2018–2022), *Midsomer Murders* (2019–2021) and multiple episodes of *EastEnders* and *Holby City*.
