## Biography

David Norland is an English composer of film and television scores. He composed the music for the 2008 documentary *Anvil! The Story of Anvil* and has worked on other feature films including *November Criminals* (2017) and *My Dinner with Hervé* (2018). He served as music supervisor on *Hitchcock* (2012).

Norland began as a chorister and boy treble in the Elizabethan Consort of Voices. He has composed music for ABC primetime documentaries such as *20/20* and earned a Grammy nomination for production work with Sly and Robbie. He is signed to the Denovali Records label.
