David Ramirez is an American film and television editor. He worked as an assistant editor on *Cabaret* (1972) and as associate film editor on *The Blues Brothers* (1980). He later served as editor on features including *New York, New York* (1977), *American Pop* (1981), *Barbarosa* (1982) and *Still Smokin* (1983).

On television, Ramirez edited episodes of *The A-Team* and other series. He edited 15 episodes of *Star Trek: The Next Generation* (1992–1994), receiving a Primetime Emmy Award nomination (shared) for the series finale "All Good Things...". He edited 37 episodes of *Star Trek: Deep Space Nine* (1995–1999).
