David S. Tuttman is a cinematographer and director. Born in New York City in 1960, he began his career in the camera department, working as a camera operator and assistant on over 160 episodes of *Law & Order* between 1990 and 2005, as well as on feature films including *Green Card* (1990).

He later served as director of photography on numerous television series, including *Damages* (2007–2012), *The Following* (2013–2015), *Blindspot* (2015–2017) and *Royal Pains* (2010–2011). Tuttman has also directed episodes of *Damages*, *The Following*, *Blindspot*, *Prodigal Son* (2019) and *The Endgame* (2022).
