David Siegel is a writer, director and producer. He has frequently collaborated with Scott McGehee as a writing and directing partner.

His credits include the teleplay for an episode of the neo-noir anthology series *Fallen Angels* (1995). With McGehee he wrote *Suture* (1993), which they also directed, *The Deep End* (2001) and *Uncertainty* (2008). Later screenplays include *Montana Story* (2021) and *The Friend* (2024). He has also produced and edited several films and series.
