David Strauss is a television writer and producer. He began working on the series *One Tree Hill* (2003) as a writer and story editor, later serving as executive story editor, supervising producer, co-executive producer and producer across multiple seasons through 2012.

He has written episodes of *Reign* (2013), *Hindsight* (2015), *The Royals* (2015), *American Woman* (2018) and *All American* (2018–), where he has also held producer roles including executive producer. He wrote the 2019 film *Eat Brains Love*.
