## Biography

David Wages was an American film and television editor. He worked on numerous feature films in the 1960s, including *Spencer's Mountain* (1963), *Sex and the Single Girl* (1964) and *How to Murder Your Wife* (1965).

Wages edited multiple episodes of the television series *Mission: Impossible* (1966) between 1967 and 1971. His other television credits include *Police Story* (1973–1978), *MacGyver* (1985–1986) and the miniseries *George Washington* (1984). He received two Primetime Emmy nominations for his editing work.

Wages died on 30 July 2012 in Hollywood, California.
