David Yardley is a British film and television editor. His credits include the series *The Storyteller* (1988), *The Durrells* (2017), *Doc Martin* (2015–2022), *Sanditon* (2022–2023) and *The Marlow Murder Club* (2024), as well as the television films *Pinocchio* (2009), *Colditz* (2005), *Arabian Nights* (2000), *Alice Through the Looking Glass* (1998) and *The Lost World* (2001).

He has also edited title sequences for the James Bond films *GoldenEye* (1995) and *Tomorrow Never Dies* (1997). Yardley received an International Monitor Award for best editor for children's programmes for his work on *The Storyteller*.
