## Biography

Davy Perez is a television writer and producer. Born in Los Angeles in 1977, he began his career working in production and creative development at studios including Universal Cable Productions and ABC Studios. He was selected for the NALIP/HBO Latino Writer Fellowship and participated in the Disney/ABC Writing Program.

Perez wrote multiple episodes of *Supernatural* (2016–2020) and served as a producer on the series. He also wrote for *American Crime* (2015). He has contributed writing, story and teleplay credits to *Star Trek: Strange New Worlds* (2022–) and advanced to executive producer on the series. He is married to writer and producer Amanda Perez.
