Dawn DeNoon is an American television writer and producer. She was born on 29 October 1964 in Moundsville, West Virginia.

DeNoon began her career on *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit*, where she contributed as writer, teleplay writer and story editor across many episodes from 1999, later serving as producer and co-executive producer until 2011. She subsequently wrote episodes of *Blue Bloods* (2012–2013), *A Gifted Man* (2011–2012), *Crisis* (2014), *Stalker* (2014–2015), *The Blacklist* (2015–2017) and *Designated Survivor* (2019), and held producing roles on several of these series.
