Debbie Berman is a South African film and television editor. She was born on 28 December 1978 in Johannesburg.

She attended High School Victory Park and began editing while at school. Berman started her career editing television and films in South Africa before moving to Vancouver and then Los Angeles. She is known for her work as editor or co-editor on *Spider-Man: Homecoming* (2017), *Black Panther* (2018) and *Captain Marvel* (2019). Other credits include *Space Chimps* (2008), *The Final Girls* (2015), *Timeless* (2016) and *Love and Monsters* (2020).

In 2018 she was inducted into the American Cinema Editors Guild. She has received nominations including a Saturn Award for Best Editing for *Black Panther*.
