Debbie Chazen is an English actress. She was born on 1 September 1971 in Hammersmith, London, and trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art after graduating from the University of Manchester in 1992 with a degree in Russian Studies.

She is best known for playing Annie in the BBC sitcom *The Smoking Room* (2004–2005).
