## Biography

Deborah Everton is an American costume designer. Born on 21 December 1955, she began her career in the wardrobe department as costume supervisor on *The Terminator* (1984) and made her first appearance as an actress in *Blow Out* (1981). She later worked as production designer on *Night Screams* (1987) before moving into costume design.

Her film credits as costume designer include *Bad Dreams* (1988), *The Abyss* (1989), *Highlander II: The Quickening* (1991), *The Craft* (1996), *Star Trek: First Contact* (1996), *Halloween H20: 20 Years Later* (1998), *Virus* (1999), *Spy Kids* (2001) and *Clockstoppers* (2002). She also designed costumes for the *Battlestar Galactica* miniseries (2003) and episodes of series including *Earth 2* and *Switched at Birth*.

Everton won the Saturn Award for Best Costumes for *Star Trek: First Contact* in 1997. She is a member of the Costume Designers Guild and founded the production company DaisyDexter Inc. in 1990.
