## Biography

Deborah Moran is a television picture editor. She is a graduate of SUNY at Fredonia and began her career as an assistant editor on series including *Homicide: Life on the Street* (1996–1998) and *Oz* (1997), later becoming an editor on both.

She has edited episodes of *The Wire*, *House* (2004), *Royal Pains* (2009), *Damages*, *Borgia*, *Bloodline*, *The Get Down*, *City on a Hill* (2019), *The Sinner* (2017) and *The Good Fight*. Moran is a member of the American Cinema Editors. She won an International Monitor Award for best editing on *The Beat* (2000) and was nominated for the award on *Oz* and *Homicide: Life on the Street*. In 2006 she was named one of The Hollywood Reporter’s Top Young Editors.
