Debra Frank is a television writer. She contributed episodes to *Moonlighting* (1985–1988), serving also as story editor on the series, and wrote for *The Wonder Years* (1989), *Cagney & Lacey* (1985), *Diff'rent Strokes*, *Benson* and other series.

She co-wrote the teleplay and story for the television film *The Muppets' Wizard of Oz* (2005) and several Christmas television films, including *Santa Who?* (2000). Frank received two Primetime Emmy nominations, one for writing on *Moonlighting* and one for music and lyrics on *The Muppets' Wizard of Oz*.
