Declan Croghan is a British writer, playwright and occasional actor. He played Tom in the 1989 film *My Left Foot: The Story of Christy Brown*.

He has written multiple episodes for British television series including *Waking the Dead* (2005–2009), *Ripper Street* (2013) and *Silent Witness* (2014). Croghan created *The Body Farm* (2011) for the BBC and *Life of Crime* (2013) for ITV, and contributed episodes to *Vikings: Valhalla* (2022–2024).
