## Biography

Denise Grayson is an American actress and producer. She trained and worked as an intellectual property lawyer before entering acting.

Grayson made her feature film debut in *Puppet* (1999) as Special Agent Taylor. She appeared in the Sundance jury prize-winning short *Gasline* (2001) and later in *Corn* (2004). Her role as Gretchen, an intellectual property attorney, in David Fincher's *The Social Network* (2010) drew on her legal background; she was cast after being spotted at a party by casting director Laray Mayfield.

Subsequent credits include *Though None Go with Me* (2006), *Citizen Jane* (2009), *Somewhere Slow* (2013), *Coffee, Kill Boss* (2013), *The Kill Room* (2023) and *Strange Darling* (2023). She has also appeared in an episode of *Shameless* and has three wins and five nominations for her work.
