Isler is known for her recurring role as Nurse Ellen Hundley in the television series *The Resident* (2018–2023). Her other credits include *The Act* (2019), *Just Mercy* (2019), *Instant Family* (2018), *Lady and the Tramp* (2019), *Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip* (2015) and *The End of Oak Street* (2026), in which she played Mae.
