Dennis McLaughlin is an American actor. He is known for playing Rusty, a henchman, in Ben Affleck’s crime film *The Town* (2010).

A fourth-generation longshoreman and resident of Charlestown, Boston, McLaughlin made his acting debut in the film after attending a casting call with his daughters. He later appeared as Harry Foster in the 2014 film *Portico*.
