## Biography

Dennis White is an American attorney who served as co-counsel, with Edith James, for Randall Adams in his 1977 Dallas murder trial.

White, who holds a degree in economics from Harvard and studied law at Southern Methodist University, appeared as himself in Errol Morris's documentary *The Thin Blue Line* (1988). Following the case he ceased practising criminal law.
