Derica Cole Washington is a costume designer whose credits include the films *Zola* (2020), *House Party* (2023) and *The American Society of Magical Negroes* (2024), and the series *Twenties* (2020–2021), *True Story* (2021) and *Reasonable Doubt* (2022). She is credited as costume designer on the forthcoming film *By Any Means* (2026).

Washington holds an MA in Visual Culture: Costume Studies from New York University and a BA in Art History. She began her career assisting Ruth E. Carter on projects including *Selma* (2014) and *Black Panther* (2018). She received a Costume Designers Guild Award nomination for excellence in contemporary film for *Zola* and has designed Super Bowl commercials.
