## Biography

DeVaughn Nixon is an American actor. Born in Los Angeles, he began acting as a child and appeared in films including *Terminator 2: Judgment Day* (1991) as Danny Dyson and *The Bodyguard* (1992) as Fletcher Marron.

He is the son of former basketball player Norm Nixon, whom he portrayed in the HBO series *Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty* (2022–2023). His stepmother is actress and choreographer Debbie Allen. Nixon graduated from Loyola Marymount University with degrees in television production and business finance, and later returned to acting after a period working as a mortgage broker.

His other credits include *Sugar Hill* (1994), *Prom* (2011), *Marvel's Runaways* (2017–2019), and *Snowfall* (2022–2023).
