Deven Khote is an Indian film producer and co-founder of UTV Motion Pictures. He has worked extensively as a co-producer and executive producer on numerous Hindi-language films.

His credits include *Swades* (2004), *Lakshya* (2004), *Rang De Basanti* (2006), *A Wednesday* (2008), *The Happening* (2008), *Udaan* (2010), *Paan Singh Tomar* (2012) and *Guzaarish* (2010). He has also directed the feature *Phillum City* (2010) and appeared in minor acting roles.

Khote is the grandson of actress Durga Khote.
