Devon Hawkes Ludlow is a puppeteer, director, writer, editor and composer. He provides the voice of Charlie the Train in the 2026 film *Buddy* and contributed puppetry to the production.

His first feature, the punk puppet musical *The Love That Would Not Die*, won awards at festivals including the International Seattle Film Festival, the Fright Night International Film Festival and the Madrid Film Festival. He won an Emmy for his performance as Alax on *The Early Show With Alax*. Ludlow has worked as a guest artist with Meow Wolf and is associated with the independent company Human Beast Box.
