Diana Maria Riva is an American actress who has worked in stage, film and television since the mid-1990s. She was born Diana-Maria Uhlenbrock on 22 July 1969 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is of Dominican American heritage.

She trained at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, receiving a BFA in 1991 and an MFA in Theatre Performance in 1995. Riva began her screen career with guest roles in series such as *Common Law* (1996) and *Murder One*, later appearing in recurring parts on *Philly* (2001–02), *The Good Guys* (2010) and *Dead to Me*.

Her film credits include *What Women Want* (2000), *Our Family Wedding* (2010), *Short Term 12* (2013) as Nurse Beth, *McFarland, USA* (2015) and *Noelle* (2019). She has also had regular or recurring roles in *Telenovela* (2015–16) and *Gordita Chronicles* (2022).
