Diane Burroughs is an American television writer and producer of sitcoms. She began her career after a short period performing stand-up comedy.

Her writing credits include episodes of *Married... with Children* (1990–1992), *Martin* (1992–1995), *Murphy Brown* (1994), *The Drew Carey Show* (1996–1999), *Yes, Dear* (2000–2002) and *Still Standing* (2002–2006).
