## Biography

Diarmid Scrimshaw is a British film producer from Sheffield. He is the founder of Inflammable Films and has produced feature films including *Tyrannosaur* (2011) and *Journeyman* (2018), as well as executive producing *God's Own Country* (2017) and *Santosh* (2024).

Scrimshaw began his career as a script supervisor on *This Is England* (2007). He later joined Warp Films and produced the short film *Dog Altogether* (2007) with director Paddy Considine. He has also produced several other shorts, including *Swimmer* (2012) and *Polar Bear* (2016).

Scrimshaw has won three BAFTA Awards: for Best Short Film on *Dog Altogether* (2008) and *Swimmer* (2013), and for Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer on *Tyrannosaur* (2012).
