Dick Elliott was an American character actor who appeared in more than 240 films from the 1930s until his death.

He is credited in roles including Carl Cook in *Mr. Smith Goes to Washington* (1939), a man on the porch in *It's a Wonderful Life* (1946), Kibbee in *High Noon* (1952), and Mayor Pike in early episodes of the television series *The Andy Griffith Show* (1960). He also appeared as Willie in *Man of the West* (1958). Elliott had earlier stage experience and featured in numerous television programmes.
