## Biography

Dominique Davray, born Marie-Louise Gournay, was a French actress. She appeared in more than 90 films between 1942 and 1983, often in supporting roles.

She is known for playing Angèle in Agnès Varda's *Cléo from 5 to 7* (1962), Julie in Jacques Becker's *Casque d'Or* (1952), and Madame Mado in Georges Lautner's *Crooks in Clover* (1963), as well as roles in several films in the Gendarme series and Bertrand Blier's *Going Places* (1974).

Davray was married to Lucien Létot from 1938 until their divorce in 1943 and was later the companion of actor Albert Rémy.
