Dominique Louis is a French visual development artist, art director and occasional voice actor. Born on 15 March 1967 in Burgundy, France, he trained at the École des Beaux-Arts de Troyes and the Gobelins animation school in Paris.

He worked at Pixar Animation Studios from 1998 to 2006, contributing to films including *Monsters, Inc.* (2001) as art director and *Finding Nemo* (2003) in visual development. His earlier credits include character design and visual development on *The Iron Giant* (1999). He voiced Bomb Voyage in *The Incredibles* (2004) and later worked on projects such as *Puss in Boots* (2011) and *The Croods* (2013).
