## Biography

Dominique Thorne is an American actress. She trained at the Professional Performing Arts School in Manhattan and graduated from Cornell University with a degree in human development.

Thorne made her feature film debut as Sheila Hunt in *If Beale Street Could Talk* (2018). She appeared as Judy Harmon in *Judas and the Black Messiah* (2021) and as Riri Williams / Ironheart in *Black Panther: Wakanda Forever* (2022). She starred in *Freaky Tales* (2024) and reprised the role of Riri Williams in the Disney+ miniseries *Ironheart* (2025). She received the 2015 YoungArts Award in Spoken Theater and was named a U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts.
