## Biography

Don Bernier is an American documentary film editor. He began his career in the edit rooms of Insignia Films and David Grubin Productions in New York City. He is a two-time Sundance Institute Documentary Edit and Story Lab Fellow and became a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Documentary Branch in 2017. He has been a member of American Cinema Editors (ACE) since 2022.

Bernier’s editing credits include *Audrie & Daisy* (2016), *An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power* (2017), *Athlete A* (2020) and *Lead Me Home* (2021). Other notable work includes *Always in Season* (2019), *Charm City* (2018) and *Life After* (2025).
