Don Woodard is an American actor, writer and producer. He began performing with the comedy and improvisation group The Groundlings in Los Angeles and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As an actor he appeared in films including *The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!* (1988) and *Casual Sex?* (1988), and in series such as *The Golden Girls* (1988) and *Just Shoot Me!* (1997). His writing credits include episodes of *Dream On* (1994–1996), *Just Shoot Me!* (1998–2001), *Rodney* (2004–2008) and the *Family Guy* episode "I Take Thee Quagmire" (2006, co-written with Tom Maxwell and Steve Callaghan). He has also worked as a producer on several of these series.
