## Biography

Donald M. Morgan is an American cinematographer. Born in Hollywood, Los Angeles, he began his career in aerial photography before becoming a director of photography on feature films.

He worked with directors including John Carpenter on *Christine* (1983) and *Starman* (1984), Robert Zemeckis on *I Wanna Hold Your Hand* (1978) and *Used Cars* (1980), and Steven Spielberg on *1941* (1979). He provided aerial camera work on *Se7en* (1995). Morgan has shot numerous television films and series, including collaborations with Joseph Sargent, and is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers.

He has received five Primetime Emmy Awards for cinematography on television productions such as *Something the Lord Made* (2004) and *Miss Evers' Boys* (1997).
