Dorothy Morris, also credited as Dorothy Ruth Morris, was an American actress. Born in Los Angeles on 23 February 1922, she signed with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in 1941 and appeared in supporting roles in several studio films during the 1940s.

Her credits include Mary Arena in *The Human Comedy* (1943), roles in *Someone to Remember* (1943), *None Shall Escape* (1944), *Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo* (1944) and Ingeborg Jensen in *Our Vines Have Tender Grapes* (1945). She married in 1943 and largely retired from acting until the late 1950s, when she returned for television appearances and films such as *Macabre* (1958) and *Seconds* (1966). She died in Palm Springs, California, on 20 November 2011. Her sister was dancer Caren Marsh.
